Does anyone know if you can exchange at matalan without a receipt? We've received some baby clothes from a relative from there but they really aren't to our taste, ideally I'd like to exchange them for some vests or something more our style but we weren't given the receipt and I feel it would be a bit cheeky asking for it. When I googled it it says 'Without a receipt we will exchange or refund in refund cards/vouchers at the last known selling price' but then when you actually click on it it says nothing at all of this.
