My DD has a Samsung s10. She dropped it and cracked the screen a little while ago. It was stil useable, although annoying because you couldn’t see the full screen. I backed up the photos and videos to a USB stick using the smart switch on her phone. Yesterday the screen pretty much stopped working~it flickers on and off. But I’d don’t know how to download the USB files onto a new phone. She would quite like an iPhone, but from what I can see, the backs up might only work on a Samsung. Can anyone help?
