Parcelforce 'prepared for delivery'

Anyone else had/having issues with Parcelforce?

I ordered a new fitbit and had tracking updates from their carrier in Europe, then was given a Parcelforce number once it got to the UK. Parcelforce emailed me on Tuesday with an automated message saying my delivery was coming on Wednesday.

Since then, it says each day that it is 'prepared for delivery' but that only means it's been assigned a delivery route, not that it's been taken out for delivery.

It's now the third day that it's saying the same bloody thing, and no delivery. Just a series of 'updates' at 6am, 9.30am and 10.30pm each day to say 'prepared for delivery'.

I've tried to call, but can't get through to anyone.

I always think Prepared for Delivery means they've given it a bath!
Parcelforce don't always update their website. I've had things stuck on that which then just turn up. Good luck.

The phone system just takes you round and round.

To get through to a real person choose the option "I want to pay customs fee" and then "I dont have my 17 digit number" You will have a bit of a wait but eventually get a live person.

You can also Google your local depot and may have more luck there.

I think they are only available til about 12 noon on a saturday and not at all sunday.

I had issues over an international delivery with Parcel Farce. My heart sinks when I see something is coming with them. I use all the major couriers - DHK, Fedex and DPD - no issues. Parcel Farce are PITA.

I eventually got my parcel delivered on sunday last week as I had paid for saturday delivery and it didnt come. The tracking kept saying It was being held for customs charges even though I paid them.
