Chester bars and restaurants

Can anyone recommend any good restaurants /bars in Chester. We're looking for somewhere we can get dressed up and have a few cocktails. Any suggestions very welcome x

Not a local but I recently had a cocktail at the secret garden bar of the townhouse hotel in Chester. Hope that you have a lovely time wherever you go.
