DS found his presents!

As the title says really - DS was playing hide and seek with DH this morning and went and hid in the wardrobe in our room where I was hiding a bag of his birthday presents. Think I've managed to convince him they're for one of his friends but what do I do now!! Am fairly sure he only saw one or two properly so may just keep those ones back for later on in the day on Sunday - maybe after we've been out for his birthday treat?

How old is he? I think it is possible he will be especially excited about those presents and looking forward to unwrapping them. He might be disappointed if they don't show up with the others.

It is a non issue, just Wrap and give as usual. He will probably enjoy the fact he rumbled the presents etc. There are some surprises so no issue.

Agree with this. Only an issue if you make it so.

Agreed. Just wrap and give.

He will be 4 on Sunday. Think you may all be right and we'll just give them to him with the rest and make a bit of a joke of it. Might have to have a chat about looking in bags that don't belong to him though so he doesn't go looking for Xmas presents in a couple of months!

4?? Yeah, just wrap and give. Don't overthink.

I don't think you need to address it all, even with a joke. Just carry on as normal.
