I've eaten a whole large bag of Sea Salt and Balsamic Vinegar crisps. I don't want to look at the back of the packet and I am sweating 😂 But I feel better as I think my blood pressure was low. I've also eaten half a punnet of grapes.
I didn't have period cramps before but I bloody do now. Why do I do this to myself? I know what would be healthy but it seems so unappealing.
Other favourites are chopped orange with natural yoghurt and melted dark chocolate.
I'm going to counter this with some soup and a brown roll later.
