I work for a company that imports shipments 5 or 6 times a month. We’ve signed up for postponed tax with most couriers, but UPS customer services says this is not possible with them. That wouldn’t be an issue, if they would contact us and let us know that we have to pay VAT on the import. BUT they don’t, and despite my trying to get in touch to reolve the issue, we still have shipments being massively delayed, Is anyone else having these issues?
