Patio Graveyard

I have just returned from a weeks' holiday to find that the cat was obviously unhappy with my mum coming in to feed her, as there are 11 tiny mouse corpses in various states if decay rotting on the patio. 11!

Thanks a lot, cat.

No, that's 11 little presents for your mum. Lucky mum, she should accept and dispose of all of them Wink.

But my cat never deposits such volumes of prey for me! Should I be worried that the cat loves my mum more than she loves me? God I didn't even bring her a holiday gift (the cat- I got my mum some fudge and a tea towel, the traditional holiday thank you in our family)

Mine often eats it in front of me. Sometimes he leaves just the feet as my present 🤮.

Maybe he's just comfortable in your love but felt the need to stuck up to your mum?

At least they're on your patio and not your living room carpet when mine leaves hers 🙈

Or still a bit alive and shivering under the sofa...
