Has anyone booked with Love Holidays

Does anyone have any experience of the above. They have some poor reviews on line - relating to people getting refunds through covid.

Trying to ascertain if outside of this they are a second company?
To be honest it took me 12 months to get a refund from BA - I think most travel operators were slow

Yes I've used them a couple of times, no problems whatsoever.

However I do prefer booking flights and accommodation separately with private taxis - always more economical.

I've used them a handful of times and had no problems at all. Had to cancel twice (one holiday, and one hotel only) and got the refunds back no problem and promptly.
