I am a bit worried that I have got breast pain suddenly, quite severely, before my period, the week before. It’s never happened before and I probably sound really naive but I’m worried this means something bad. I have general low level anxiety but not health anxiety, so this has come from a bit more of a rational place (I think!). The pain is quite severe.
