Hope Mill Theatre Manchester?

We're going to the Hope Mill theatre in Manchester in a few weeks and we're hoping to eat around there before the show. Can anyone recommend a restaurant nearby? I've never been to Manchester and have no clue. Thanks!

I'd go to somewhere on Cutting Room Square, which is about a 10 minute walk. Have a Google, because there's lots (although Sugo and Rudy's are my favourites).

I’d go somewhere in the Norther Quarter - as suggested, Sugo’s (fresh pasta) or Rudy’s (amazing pizza) would be my choice. Then jump in an Uber up to the theatre, about 5 mins drive away.
