Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with replacement cards? I have waited 2 weeks and still no sign and my DH more thank a week. The bank assures us there is no problem at their end. We have received the pin numbers. Anyone else?

I have a card that's expired and no replacement has been sent.

Expires in 2 weeks. No replacement card yet.

NatWest?

Last time my HSBC card expired I had to actually request the replacement through online banking, nothing was sent automatically. Can't remember which, but either a phone call or a bank visit might have been involved too.

They did notify me about the new process a month in advance or so though.

you mean there is an issue at the postal end?
yes, that happened to us when we lived in a dodgy area in a high rise. mail was so often intercepted that we picked up bank cards in branch.

I’m the same. Card expires in 2 weeks and I’ve had nothing! I’m with RBS.

I ordered a replacement Visa card from nationwide on Thursday last week and it came on Saturday

It's Lloyds Bank. We are receiving mail. One is an expired card and the new one hadn't arrived before the old one expired and the other is a replacement card now 2 weeks overdue they have sent a 2nd card which hasn't arrived either.

No money has been taken from either account but I have flagged it with Royal Mail also.

It just makes it difficult to make any large purchases!
