Would you expect a refund or am I at fault

Have worn thick 80denier tights for ever and normally always by m and s as they had all got a bit bobbly and saggy I treated myself to some snag tights and snag shorts as they seem to be really recommend. Both first times I’ve worn the shorts and tights and I have a hole and ladder in both. I’ve been wearing my ASOS tights shorts all summer and no holes or ladder. It’s really annoyed me as they weren’t cheap tights

I had the same with snag. Snagged the very first time I put them on. It really put me off and I didn’t buy them again.

I think M&S will refund you for that.

Better Tights do 80 denier. Turquoise and everything! Mine have been ok so far and they posted out quick.

Yes I had this too with snag. Two quick ladders. Shame because they’re so stretchy and comfy. I won’t be buying again though.

Email and ask for a refund or replacement. I’ve just had to do this for some £45 jeans that had ripped at the back after a month, the company has sent replacements out.

That's a shame because like you say having seen everyone recommend Snag I bought some a couple of years back and am a real convert as they are great quality. Sorry you have had a bad experience.

I had the same issue with Snag, sent them a photo and they sent a replacement pair.

I've been using snag tights for the last couple of years, occasionally they seem to have a bad batch but if you email them, customer service are usually very good and will probably send you a replacement pair.

I bought snag tights and wasn’t impressed at all. The colour faded quickly (black) and it just looked really cheap. Because they’re so elastic it was great when I was pregnant but otherwise, I don’t intend to buy again.

Seems a bit unfair to name them on here OP without at least contacting them first to ask for a refund or replacement.

FWIW I have several pairs of those exact tights (Snag black 80 den) and the chub rub shorts and have never had any runs in them. I find the quality similar to M&S but it’s the fit that stands out for me with Snag- infinitely more comfortable as they don’t ride up or work their way down in the gusset.

I ordered 3 pairs, this happened to one, they sent me a replacement the next day, vg customer service. This was about 2 years ago.

I bought Snag leggings and have found them to be superb. However the chub rubs have developed loose threads after every wear along the seam (above the knee).

Mildura they are good and will replace anything faulty if you email them and include a picture. I once commented on the fb page that a hole had developed on the thigh (entirely my own fault for letting my dog jump up) and they messaged me to say they would send me a replacement pair. They have expanded very quickly and have branched out into clothing and collaborations. They have a Care Bear range coming out soon. The only thing I don't like is every new product is limited and they sell out so quickly. You sometimes see highly sought after pairs going for £40+ on Ebay. I think they should limit how many pairs a customer can purchase but you get your arse handed to you if you say this on the fb page

I’ve worn snags for years - since they first came out. The quality has declined a little I think as my most recent pair maddened after two wears.
