Has anyone monetised a facebook page?

I have a group on facebook. It probably has about 3.5k members (I'd need to look at the insights on the laptop instead of my phone to see the full details). It's about booking and organising events abroad and the members ask and answer questions and give recommendations & vendors/suppliers can offer their services if asked for.

I don't see how that can be monetised but a few people have said to me to do it, but they can't tell me how to do it, just that I should 🤷‍♀️

Has anyone done this or have any ideas how I'd go about it, or point me in the direction of where I'd find out?

Create a product for them to buy, like an e book or online course.

Maybe you can get together a set of exclusive discounts for places and sites and sell them as a pack.

I don't know how I'd make a booklet because the page is based on other peoples experience. They offer their first hand experience. So say someone asks looking for a hair and make up artist, who do you recommend? Everyone else answers with who they used. Its on personal experience.

And a discount pack is already provided by the location.

This is why I'm struggling.
