Purple Bricks and their Conveyancing Solicitors…….

Has anyone any good news/positive stories? We’re just a few queries away from exchanging, our buyer is ready, we’re literally awaiting some queries that our Solicitor sent to our sellers Solicitor 3 weeks ago and nobody can get any response from them at all. Soooo frustrating. Unfortunately the people we’re buying from had to use Purple Bricks’ own solicitors fir the sale as part of their deal.

We bought from a seller using their solicitors, I'm afraid it was very slow and they took lots of prodding from our solicitors to finally get over the finish line several months later than we'd hoped.

I think this is par for the course with all conveyancers at the moment. Still a huge backlog from the stamp duty holiday plus lots are taking their first period of annual leave in months and months.
