I have the above quote badly and pain can be intense.
I also have adenomyosis and endometriosis , pcos and repeated abdominal surgeries.
The only painkillers I have are paracetamol and ibuprofen. Can’t have codeine as still breastfeeding. Apparently there’s no effective treatment for congestion I’ve been told it’s just like varicose veins but inside ?
Does anyone else have this is there anything I can do or take?
Will a hot water bottle make the condition worse ? I’m not sure if beat would increase blood flow and make the veins worse ?
I’m a busy person with dc I need to feel better 😢
