How much should I pay for this?

There is a thing I want! It's a piece of memorabilia, it's pretty scarce but also there isn't a huge amount of demand for it. I would expect to buy it for about £15. I've just seen it advertised on eBay to buy now for £150!

Now, I have £150 and I really want the thing and I will treasure it. If they were all going for £150, that would be fine. But the thought of the seller chuckling over the ludicrous price he got for it makes me cross.

To make matters worse, I can see the seller owns a shop, and in the photo the bloody thing is clearly labelled as £90! So it's like he knows he's taking the piss totally.

So... do I:

A) Buy it for £150 and love it and make the poor struggling shopkeeper's day and he's probably saving up for his child's medical treatment or something?
B) Tell him he's a CF and offer him £15 which he will likely reject?
C) Ignore it and potentially never see one of these again in my lifetime?
D) Point out the price label and offer him £90?
E) Other

Thanks!

I think ebay hides the ID of item winners from searches. The only person who will know your ID is the seller.

and by ID I meant ebay name.
