I split up with my ex at Christmas due to his behaviour and me having to call police several times during 2020 and 2021, i recently got a non molestation order against him, which still allows him to contact me soley about his son, nothing else. The past 48hrs his called me 16 times which is a clear breach of the non molestation order and harassment.
Yesterday he started sending me messages asking if I'd allow him to introduce our son 1 year old to his half sister 12 years old. I explained no I didn't think it was appropriate, this is due to my ex and his daughter not really knowing each other and in the 5 years we were in a relationship he'd only actually seen his daughter 4 times. Previous to this he had no contact with her from when she was 2 years old.
I feel his using our son as an excuse to get his daughter to meet up with him, which is unacceptable. On her birthday last year is when she found out she had a half brother due to him writing it in her birthday card. Which obviously was upsetting according to her mother. Now my ex is claiming that his daughter wants to meet him.
