Managed to put all my wait whils sitting on the ground on to my right hand thumb. Not sure quite what happened but think my thumb was bent in and I felt pain and a popping sensation. Can hardly bend my thumb, cannot use it, put pressure on it. Hand around the area swollen and bruised. Have done RICE but this morning it's very painful.
Photos attached of my right and left hand for comparison. Should I go to A&E or if just a sprain is it a waste of their time?
