I purchased a pump on Facebook Marketplace which cost quite a lot. When we picked it up we were assured that it was in working order and that the seller would fix it if there was any problem. It wasn't possible to try it out there. We paid cash. When we got it home it turned out to be faulty. I contacted the seller but he suddenly wasn't so helpful and has stopped responding to messages. I've bought lots of stuff on eBay but I'm new to FM. Is there anything I can do? Apart from not make the same mistake again! Would appreciate any advice.
