DH away for 4 nights, adult DS & DD working. It should have been bliss. Unfortunately DS has tested positive for Covid so I'm basically under house arrest with them both whilst DH is away with his mates.

I haven’t had a night alone in my own house for approx 8 years, I couldn’t be more envious!

I've had a good go on the bourbon and some pizza.

I don't know whether to ceremonially watch a film he'd hate or go starfish in the bed.

I may well watch a film in bed on the laptop. Torn between Palm Springs and American Psycho.

It's the stuff of dreams!! I would eat a huge bowl of mac n cheese for tea, with thick white bread for dipping.

Then I'd eat go to bed early to eat chocolate in bed with a cup of tea and just enjoy the peace.

I'm jealous!
