Adventure breaks for singles - recommendations?

Hey all!
I haven’t got the kids this year for half term and have decided on a whim to go on an adventure by myself!
I’ve just split up with someone and am feeling that I want to do something more then sit and wait for the kids to come back.
Has anyone ever done a singles holiday? I’m only just turned 40 so want something in that age bracket. I could go with a friend, but feeling brave!
Anyone got any recommendations of companies they’ve used, places to go etc? I’m used to planning holidays with me and the kids so this is all new to me. TIA. Xx

Explore worldwide,. Not singles holidays as such, but have mix of singles/couples/friends. Can pay for single room or share on most hols.
Not sure how much they are doing at the moment but have been with them many times starting in 30s, now in 50s.

20 years ago, I used Exodus and Explore, and had great holidays with both. Worth looking at. Aged 20, I was one of thr younger ones.

Flashpack you as really good a couple of years ago although I know they got a bad rep during covid. Great for adventure type holidays

I have used both Exolore znd Exodus in the past. Brilliant holidays. With one I went to Borneo and the other to Sweden.

Meet some fabulous people.

Did the Great Wall of China with Exodus. Was out of this world and well organised. Was actually just looking at there website. Some great options all over the world.

I went on safari with Exodus, there were a few couples but the rest of us were either singles or with a friend (by the end of the holiday there was 1 more couple than when we started!) but we all got along really well and had a great time.
