Green countries test kit

Has anyone ordered one of these? The company is Randox health. She is going on the 23rd back on 30th, but accidentally put the 23rd as her date to return on her registration form. We have emailed, tweeted and phoned(not picked up).
We have the kit, received v quickly, but will she be able to use this one as he registered incorrect date or do we just bite the bullet and pay another £96 to be on safe side?
I know this seems silly, but if it means the difference between her going and not going after the year she has had, I am desperate to make sure it goes ok!

Ask on here- lots of their readers have used Randox (there was a BA code for a discount the site promoted) and someone will know the answer.

You register the kit when you do the test online so I wouldn't worry but if you were
I would call them it does take holding for about 40 mins but I just hold on loudspeaker and do other jobs - can't see it being an issue that you do it when you want though.

And yes you could have got £10 off with a discount code too.

I’ve tried phoning but gave up at 30 mins, obviously not enough staying power…so when you order the kit, that’s not registering?

You just go to the end of the thread and type your question. You make up a user name and give your email. If you are a new poster Raffles (Rob) the site owner may need to approve it but that takes seconds

I did a Randox 2 day and registered it when I did the PLF to come back.

I don't think it is ... I registered our kits when we did our tests online but deffo just hold on and double check with them

Also keep the booking reference on the email as you need that for your return forms
