Do these work? It's for me as im having awful trouble sleeping due to a recent bereavement and nothing I do works.

I do have adhd and before last month have always had trouble sleeping so I guess now I'm desperate.

How do you choose one?
Thanks 😊

Just went for best reviewed one with best offer on at the time..'Kuddly',I think. Got 2 as part of a deal beacuse I reckoned we'd all use-6 in this family. 4 kids, 1 with awful sleep. They're used by all of us for sleeping & watching tv, when someone is upset/cold/tired. V happy with them; they're 4.7kg, so possibly not heavy enough to be therapeutic for an adult. Would have invested in a cooling one or multi-temperature one if I'd realised we'd be having a heatwave.

We have this one and it is wonderful. A lot cheaper than others I've seen too.

Mines a gravity blanket which I picked for various reasons. There is a lot more options now but things I considered were
Gravity blanket offered a payment plan which meant I could afford it.
They had the best range of weights (10%of your body weight is the recommended)
It's the same size as a single duvet so I can use any bedding. Some of the cheaper ones are odd sizes so you can't put a cover on them and they are potentially too heavy for a washing machine.

My dd has a kuddly blanket and it works wonders for helping her relax. Also washes well in the washing machine and line dries reasonably quickly. Would recommend.

I got one made at 10% of my weight, which is considerable and it's a bit too heavy. I then got the 6kg one from Costco and it's fine. It does help when you're tossing and turning!

I also have adhd.
