i was pretty stressed anyway but this tipped me over the edge,

It can be overwhelming when you are already stressed OP, I have left my card in the card reader so many times, DD moaning, or running off.

Our Tesco has a speaker above the pharmacy section, so we have to shout over the music.

"I need something for diarrhoea"

"Gonorrhoea?"

"Nooo, Diarrhoea"

No music at Lidl, try there

Dd hates background noise, music is the least of the issue so wears headphones. If you have an issue find a solution for you, because many people like the music in stores

I've occasionally found it too loud in clothes shops and once walked out of PC World in a huff because it was do deafening I couldn't think straight but in supermarkets it's always down pretty low.

I didn't think music in shops bothered me until I went to a supermarket in their autism friendly time unintentionally.
There is no music and the lights are low, it's way more pleasant. If I'm going to that supermarket I go on those days and times now.

Was it Tesco or Asda?

@HoliHormonalTigerlilly

Was it Tesco or Asda?
That's why I asked about t-rexing... Grin
