So this thread is for those who can't sleep at night.
I'd like it to be a place of safety and peace for all of us (assuming others join me, otherwise I'm just talking to myself!), so no judgement/name calling/etc please.

Unfortunately we are all used to his behaviour. My oldest doesn't even see his dad anymore. Just refuses point blank to go.

Just eaten a biscuit....and so far it hasn't hurt my tooth! Might not need the dentist just yet!

I hope you all manage to get some sleep. I'm still awake but need to charge phone. I may be back in an hour or two.

We've had a good day today. We've watched movies and played with the lego
DS1 has just asked if we can watch anime so I'm going to watch something with him. Don't know what, as we've finished my hero academia. Will have to find a new one to watch

I'm having the usual struggle between knowing I have housework to do and needing to nap/rest instead. I hate being an adult, I'm so bad at it!!

Hi all, I just went for a little wander in my garden. Well, I walked up and down the path a couple of times! (Trying to make this sound like I live in Pemberley when I actually have a tiny back garden!) It's a little chilly now but there's a beautiful freshness in the air. The sky keeps changing colour as it creeps towards nightfall. A few gulls swirling against the clouds as they get their hot cocoa before heading for bed. Well, maybe not cocoa. As they're seagulls they'd probably prefer rum. It's so peaceful. Have come in and locked up for the night now.
What is it like where you all are?

Took DS2 for another eye test today. He had one a week and a half ago and they saw a cloud in his eye.
No cloud in his eye this time but in just this last week and a half the eyesight in his right eye has deteriorated more.
So what they're going to do is wait for a couple of weeks after his new glasses come, test his eye sight again, and if it's any worse then, refer him to the hospital to investigate why its getting so bad so quick.
I'm hopeful it's nothing serious. He's only 6.

It's been a nice day here, but chilly now.
