I am a technophobe so please bear with me!
I would like to play my Apple playlists on my echo dot. I have followed a YouTube tutorial and have linked the Amazon Alexa app to Apple Music. It now says it is linked and has Apple Music as the default.
However, it refuses to play any Apple Music saying I have to link it. Which I have.
Will try and attach screenshots proving that. I am part of a family sharing group for an Apple Music subscription. I have tried to research why this is happening but all answers point to how to link it in the first place, not what to do if it doesn't work.
I have updated my iPhone and don't know what else to do.
I know there will be one of you out there knowledgeable about these sort of things. I so much want to play my playlist and it's very frustrating.
