Nice 'n Easy hair colour

Hi, just a quick question about the above. Does hair dye have a shelf life? I haven't dyed my hair for about 9 years and just came across a box of dye hidden at the back of the bathroom cupboard. Would you risk using it?

Google says

If you don't open the bottles, your haircolour products will generally last 3 years

I wouldn’t risk it tbh

From 9 years ago? No chance.
