Audible books to run to

Any recommendations?

I’m doing C25K and getting to the longer runs and music isn’t doing it for me any more.

I’m after something absorbing but fairly fast paced, nothing too highbrow. Preferably female authors, but will take male if you can guarantee well written female characters that aren’t just plot points/wish fulfilment for male characters.

What has been your favourite recently?

I run to Jeffrey Archer. I don't normally read him but I got so into one of his book series that I ended up having to buy the one my library didn't have!

I'm always inspired by Haruki Murakami's what I talk about when I talk about running. Not exactly what you asked for but as a fellow runner, this is one of my comfort reads/listens
