Tampon embarrassment

Gah, I'm so embarrassed 😳.

Went to bathroom and removed tampon. Wrapped in tissue so as not to flush, meant to put straight into the bathroom bin but realised that someone had emptied it and not put a new liner in. Went to find a bin liner and got intercepted by numerous small children and forgot and left it on the shelf Shock!

I've just nipped back in a couple of hours later and discovered it. And I have guests! I've name changed because I'm so embarrassed to leave a bloody mess in the bathroom, and for being such a scruff BlushBlush.

I just had to share the horror before facing the rest of the day!

Oh dear! If it was wrapped up though, surely it wasn't a bloody mess?

My brother and his GF left a used condom in our shared bathroom years ago! eerrr!

It's just blood. Everyone has blood.

Honestly, it's not a big deal.

It was wrapped in a tissue. It’s obvious what has happened - you forgot to put it in the bin that’s all.
If your guests saw it all they will think ‘oh, she’s forgotten to put that in the bin’.
If it was wrapped up I doubt they unwrapped it and had a look! 😅

Don’t worry about it.

I once visited someone and asked where the loo was. In I went - the whole bathroom was a chaotic and filthy mess with a used sanitary towel face up on the floor by the loo - lovely!

Have to say the thread title sounds like a racehorse from On the Hour. :o
