Does anyone know where to find adult toothpaste WITH appropriate amount of flouride that's not mint flavoured? (strawberry would be nice, for example). Asking for teenage DD. Thanks.

Ds used to be a bit picky about toothpaste. Most of the kids toothpaste have between 1350 and 1500ppm of fluoride, in line with NHS recommendations. Tesco kids one used to be a favourite.

Oranurse is completely unflavoured and has fluoride etc. Otherwise you would find many of the kids ones have the correct fluoride anyway.

Knigfisher do a fennel flavoured Natural toothpaste that has flouride - its the one in red packaging (most of their other toothpastes are non flouride).

Yes just double check the fluoride content of children’s toothpaste. My 17 year old DD still uses McLeans’ Big Teeth because she likes the taste.

The little teeth and milk teeth range has a strawberry kids one. The kids ones above baby age have the same fluoride as adult anyway.

I've found that most brands of sensitive toothpaste have barely any taste.

MilduraS · 03/08/2021 16:56

I hate mint toothpaste but the sensodyne branded ones have a very mild flavour that I can tolerate.

SecretOfChange · 04/08/2021 14:50

Thanks everyone, will try sensodyne, see how it goes.

Aquafresh do a cucumber, watermelon and mint one which is very mild and nice, I get it in Savers. There's another one, I think lemon and mint, also very mild.

I had curaprox.co.uk/info/toothpaste/be-you this toothpaste in watermelon, it doesn't say how much fluoride it has but is was sold in my dentist.

Pricey but lovely. They also do a gin and tonic one (I bought the sample pack) but it meant I smelled like I had had a drink first thing Grin

I bought it on Amazon after I chose the watermelon one. I have low enamel.

Ohh watermelon toothpaste sounds amazing!
