I don't think it's always been a thing, because some people I follow seem to be falling over themselves lately to pronounce it this way. Repeatedly.
Language changes, I know that. But something about this is annoying me. All it takes is for one TikTokers to mispronounce something once, and everyone jumps on it like it's a trend. I'm literally typing this through migraine double vision because I'm so cross
