I’m on the last day of my holiday ( at home) & feel a little as if I’ve wasted it. But then I really wasn’t feeling well for most of the first week so didn’t fancy doing much, plus the weather had changed. Still, it was nice not to have to clock watch & apparently work has been manic. DH & I had a lovely few hours to ourselves on Saturday, including a delicious lunch out & shopping. Yesterday I met a friend & her little girl at a wildlife park & sanctuary. DD12 really hit it off with my friend’s DD, even though she’s not quite 5, and it was so sweet to see them together. Such a lovely day. Not doing much today. I’ve done a food shop & really can’t believe I spent nearly £70! Chilled out with the bunnies & am thinking very hard about cleaning the bathroom! DH is working ( he went back yesterday). Supposed to be going for a fringe trim but can’t decide if I need one yet. Need to pop to Lidl for bits I couldn’t get at Asda. Lidl coleslaw is the best! Easy tea tonight of ham salad & new potatoes. Way behind with Love Island so need to catch up.
