Just that. Birthday tomorrow. Feeling sad, scared that I won’t find anyone now and a bit sick about the time that’s passed and the fact my relationships failed.

I’m so sad.

Also don’t want to do it alone so that’s not an option for me. I know people do it but it’s just not something I want to do.

It’s so easy to imagine the counterfactual as happy and problem -free, but that’s not at all the case.

All my relationships had failed at that age too, so I know a little of what you are feeling.

There’s still time. And there are options such as agreed co-parenting, etc. x
