It’s probably right in front of my face, but I’m logged in to Ebay and just can’t find how to email them. Can anyone help? Thanks

Just Google Ebay Assistance...that's what I did here
www.ebay.com.au/help/home

There are different buttons for various things...so depending on the help you need, you hit the right one. For eg. "Request to remove feedback" or Request a selling limit increase" Or scroll right to the bottom and there's a CONTACT US button

I'm in Oz so you might have to Google Ebay Assistance yourself to get the right page.

Thanks- I had got to that page before and it still doesn’t seem to take you to a place to email them...

Because you can't actually email them....huge corporations just don't want a big inbox full of messages. Their systems work on automation as much as possible. What do you need to email them for exactly? Is it a complaint or something else?

Ah, I emailed them about 6 months ago and used to be able to speak on the phone too but that seems to have definitely stopped. It’s about a recent purchase that was never dispatched but I’d rather just contact Ebay instead of the seller.

Just escalate it...report it. It's faster that way. You could waste days trying to email them...
