Gluten free almost vegan eating out in London

So taking DH out to London in a couple of weeks. So far have a day planned of museums and activities. But eating out is always tricky. Im gluten free, dairy free (but can't eat beef, fish or shellfish) so usually just go for Vegan. But dh likes meat based meals. Where is good to eat out? Preferably fairly reasonable not a huge budget.

Dh isn't very adventurous but might be able to convince him to try something new.

We will be near London Bridge and Hyde Park so preferably near those if possible! Usually we stick to wetherspoons as I know its 'safe' for me and I won't be unwell. But would like to try something new!

Leggero is in South Kensington, so not far from the museums. Its a completely gluten free Italian restaurant with both meat and vegan options, and the food is really delicious. cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0450/1546/6147/files/Thebromptonmenu.pdf?v=1600684176
