I'm hungry that's why I've woken up...

I needed a wee and had to use my phone to light the way as I'm in a rather quirky shaped holiday house so now I'm wide awake.

My son wanted to sleep in his 'den' downstairs, so I'm trying to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa. He's 12 now, so I'm very aware he won't ask me to join in on his adventures soon, so I try to always say yes to these things.

just fed ,changed and got 5 week old ready to sleep.

The sickness bug 😭😭😭 now have a poorly boy asleep on me but can't sleep because I am worried about him!

Woke up needing the toilet now awake because nerves as being induced later today

i cant sleep... stupidly went for quick nap this afternoon while my son was at his grans. only ment it too be a half hour/hour.... ended up sleeping for 5 hours. now i cant sleep and will be like zombie tommorrow

Expressing breast milk for my 9mo. Every night at 4am. It's gotten to the point that my body knows it needs to wake up for this night session. Now I'm just trying to go back to sleep before everyone wakes up for the day.

My dog's poorly and the medication she's on makes her need to wee every couple of hours. Just taken her out and have my alarm set for 6:45am.

Haven't gotten to sleep yet, stress keeping me up

My daughter 4 and half yr old, has SN and cannot be left alone while awake and i woke up at 1.30 and she was awake and ive been with her since then usually me and my husband do few hours each night but he hadn't been asleep before 1.30 not sure why think maybe daughter has been awake earlier than 1.30. Anywaysi said ill b in with her and he can sleep 😴

You have my sympathy, we’re going through that at the moment too. My 9 month old ds can be awake for up to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Trying to tell myself it’s only a temporary blip and won’t last forever... I hope!

Old dog needed to go outside for a wee, hen house door needed to be opened and I wanted to make my husband a coffee before he leaves for work. I'm back in bed now with my tea and mumsnet until I fall back to sleep again.

Woke at 4 for a wee and if I wake at that time I can't get back to sleep coz my kids are up at 5 usually but oh no obviously today they won't be. Ugh how annoying
