I need help

Hi, does anyone have any advice and words of comfort for me.
My d’s farther moved to Ireland when she was 2/3 years old.
She’s now 7. He’s been asking me for years for her to go over there and I’ve always thought she was too young.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m feeling really anxious about her leaving and being out the country.

Has he visited regularly in that time or is he pretty much a stranger to her?
Would it be possible for you to go over and stay nearby in air B&B or something so she could stay with you and visit his family for days out?
I can’t think of many 7 year olds who wouldn’t be home sick tbh.

Not vaccinated so it seems harder. He is refusing to come over because he says it’s expensive in August. All his family live in the UK, he moved there in his own.
He comes normally about 3/4 a years. But she hasn’t seen him for well over a year with all the Lockdowns.
She has said she doesn’t want to leave me, then he accused me of keeping him from seeing her
