Moving to a full time job tomorrow for the first time in 20 years - tips for wellbeing

Always worked part time after having the children, gradually increasing my hrs to 4 days a week. I start a full time job tomorrow and feeling a bit overwhelmed about balancing home, work, older teen children x 2 and relaxation. How do you manage it all? Looking for tips please.

Delegate. Make sure everyone in the house knows they have to muck in.

Make sure kitchen is clean every morning...coming home to a mess just makes the evening go wrong from the start.

Go to bed early! Don't stay up late to try to get 'me time' because it won't work.

You're better off in bed listening to a podcast at 9.30pm than trying to sit up and watch tv downstairs as you get more and more tired!

Take your lunch with you, and water bottle.
Develop a small list of night and morning jobs that make things run smoothly. Meal planning and batch cooking too.

If you can outsource household jobs - so cleaner, window washer, someone to help garden - even just half day a month .
