It was massive a dinner plate piled high with bulgar wheat, roasted tomatoes, olives, salad leaves and herbs, halloumi fried in a polenta and sesame seed coating, with an olive oil, lemon juice garlic, honey and thyme dressing.
A proper faff to make, but delicious and certainly not low calorie.
As I was eating it I was thinking I'd done too much l'd never finish it but I struggled on until I was uncomfortably full.
Less than 30 mins later, I am starving! Does anyone else get this after a "healthy" meal?
I'm not over weight, and I always eat well, it's not that I'm used to eating loads of junk food, but these kinds of healthy meals never leave me full for very long.
