Looking for some honest opinions about the results of taking CBD oil?
Recently stopped taking a low dose of anti depressant which was covering my anxiety, did this because I'm not enjoying being dead from the waist down and I've been on them for a couple of years.
Friends and colleagues keep telling me about CBD oil, some take it in drop form, some in tablet and some in gummy sweets. I just can't shake the feeling it's like a placebo though? They believe it will work so it does.
Can anyone give me honest yes it did/no it didn't help stories? Do you have to believe it's going to work before you start it?
