If you're a retail manager what do you earn per hour?

I've just been offered a job as a retail manager and I have a meeting on Thursday to discuss pay etc.
Just curious to see what other people with similar jobs earn per hour so I have something to work off when asked how much I'm looking for?!

At Tesco department managers range from £12 plus a hour to £16.

When i worked in retail for 12ish years up to 2018, managers were paid a salary and all others were paid hourly. It’ll depend where you are in the country and possibly on other things such as would you be the only manager / part of a team, would you have keyholding responsibilities etc.
