Day without DC what to do

Just that, have a day off with dp, Ds in nursery ideas of what to do before we end up stripping wallpaper!

We have one of these coming up in a couple of weeks and the plan is
-drop dc at daycare together, coffee on the walk back

• go for a run together

-lunch delivered from the local bar/restaurant with their amazing gin goblets to accompany

• a nap

We are both most excited about the nap portion of the day as our eldest hasn't day napped for a very long time but isn't old enough to be unsupervised. We are keeping it simple and flexible after previously trying to cram too much in or spend too much time getting there/back. Last time we grabbed a couple of ciders and headed for the beach with books. It was blissful.
