Hotel/spa weekend Bath?

Looking for recommendations please for lovely hotel to take my daughters to for a treat. Thinking shopping, lunch, spa and overnight hotel stay somewhere really lovely in or around Bath.

Have a look at Macdonald Bath Spa or the Bath Priory.

Lucknam Park is also very nice but a bit further away from Bath and quite expensive

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is lovely, or the Gainsborough.

Or you could stay in a nice hotel / b&b and then visit Bath Spa? We went in the late afternoon, early evening for sunset which was nice.

We stayed in the Travellodge but booked the Bath Spa for the afternoon, it was lovely.

There's so much to do in Bath that I wouldn't fork out the extra for the hotel - you'll never be in it. I'd rather spend the money on eating out and shopping, especially when the Bath Spa is so good and so much fun.
