Faint positive after full period

Hey everyone. I hope all is well. A couple of weeks ago I thought I was pregnant, I had all the same symptoms with my son- heightened smell, insomnia, sore boobs, weird dreams etc. I then had 3 days of pink/ brown spotting which I thought might have been implantation bleeding. I never spot or get sore boobs before my period. I tested a couple of times on first response and it was negative. A couple of days later AF arrived and I assumed I wasn’t pregnant. It was heavy and painful (normal for me). Weirdly, I felt pregnant - I’ve been getting tired, headaches, waves of nausea etc and then last night I had a dream that I was pregnant so I just took a test this morning and it’s a faint positive. Could it have been a chemical pregnancy? Or just an error? I’m guessing I should just test again tomorrow? It’s all very strange! Anyone had a similar experience? Thanks so much

I had this one cycle, tested at 8 days post ovulation and it was negative then my period started that evening and was just like normal (maybe a bit heavier than normal). Anyway, 9 days later I started doing ovulation tests and was surprised to get a strong positive so did a pregnancy test and it was faint but definitely positive.

It ended in a missed miscarriage for me but I don't know if the bleeding was a factor in that. Comparing to the tests for my successful pregnancies this miscarriage one was a lot fainter.

Anyway, I hope you get the answer you want over the next few days x

Thanks for sharing with me. Im so sorry you went through that. If you don’t mind me asking, what were the signs of the missed miscarriage? Be good to know what to look out for! Thank you
