Can I see your wedding rings? :)

DP and I are getting married next year and currently in the process of looking for our wedding rings.
I have a pear shaped engagement ring, which I love - but I'm struggling to find a ring that fits nicely behind it 😟

This is the one I saw, and fell in love with today. It was actually in a small antique shop, I hadn't even thought to look in one but was walking past and it caught my eye. Now I can't stop thinking about it!!!!

So I just wondered if anybody else has a pear / unusual shaped engagement ring and struggled to find a wedding band to fit? The wedding band is beautiful but two sizes too small so would be a complete gamble trying to find someone that can make it bigger. The thing that I liked most is that it's completely unique!

If you take it to a jeweller with a workshop they should be able to make one that fits round it, like the one in the picture. (Or, if the wedding ring has a plain section at the back it could be resized)

These are my rings. I love them! I had my wedding band custom made because I couldn’t find a cross band that fitted perfectly next to my engagement ring.

Thanks everyone! The rings in the photo are mine. Too one is my engagement ring and the bottom one the wedding band, which I have bought but wondering about / having 2nd thoughts now. I absolutely love it but just so worried I won't be able to make it work size wise!!

Sorry just realised my post isn't very clear 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ I can't stop thinking about it, as in worrying that it won't be able to be re-sized. I bought it because it was one of a kind bad exactly what I've been looking for!!
But having 2nd thoughts now, because some have said it may not be able to be resized!

Is it set with diamonds all the way round? If it is then would be much trickier to resize but if the back section is not set with diamonds, it should not be a problem to make 2 sizes bigger.
Maybe try a couple of jewellers to get a quote/see if they are able to do it..?

@Anonmousse luckily it isn't set the entire way around! It's got a good space on the underside where it's plain, so that should help - hopefully!
