Overheard stranger calling me fat, 14 weeks pregnant

Just this really. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and have a 10 month old so haven't lost all my previous baby weight before getting pregnant again. My bmi is 26 and I've been trying so hard to be healthy and lose the weight, I haven't gained any this pregnancy so far but I do have a bump that's starting to show.
It just reminded me of all the times strangers have given me abuse over my weight in public, the most overweight I've ever been according to the bmi is a stone. Even then I do carry it quite well, I'm curvy on the bottom half, smaller on the top. I try to dress to flatter my figure, e.g today I wore a flowy maxi skirt and a more fitted plain t shirt style top.
Is it normal to be abused like this on the street by strangers? Maybe I'm just being oversensitive because I'm pregnant

I'm fat, I've never had abuse. I don't think it's normal.

I’m fat and regularly got abuse both verbal and physical so as much as I would like to say it’s not normal, IME it’s not unusual.

Sorry you had to hear it

You sound quite slim from BMI! But even if you weren't for someone to comment like that is really nasty and uncalled for. People need to mind their own business.
