Ttc after miscarriage

Hi Dears,

Really want some help and reassurance. I had conceived this February but had an early miscarriage in april. I started trying again this month... however i am not sure what symptoms to look for, as after miscarriage i do not have any PMS symptoms(early i used to have sore breasts, mild cramps etc before AF). I feel urge to pee and lower back pain. Don’t want to get hopes to high. Did any of you experienced the same and went on to have successful pregnancy/bfp?

There's no need to really look for symptoms, just wait until you can test. Which sucks and is difficult but you'll drive yourself mad symptom spotting.
