Time slips

Has anyone experienced a time slip? Something very strange happened last night. I couldn't sleep and was listening to the radio. I turned it on and they were starting to play the national anthem which they do at 12am every night. The commentator said it was midnight. I was astonished as I had just looked at the clock and it said 1 am. I checked my watch. I checked my phone 1am. It can't possibly have been a mistake. I don't know what to make of it!

What station was it? Did you check Twitter etc to see if anyone else had noticed?

Was it world service? They work to GMT and we're on BST - an hour ahead.

Ah! Yes they said GMT. I thought the UK was GMT? Thanks for that. I'm glad I'm not going mad!
