Ddog & i have day to ourselves where should we go?

Hi all

First time EVER i have a child free saturday, just ddog & i (im single). I'm planning to go for a lovely walk somewhere with ddog but can't decide where! (Im also indecisive!) I live north staffordshire, have national trust membership & don't mind driving. Ilam isnt far but go there regularly with ds & was thinking of trying somewhere else. Any ideas?

I don’t know the area, I’m just coming to tell you to bloody enjoy your well deserved day of peace and freedom!
I’d be going for a quick walk somewhere with the dog then calling a friend to have a pub lunch.
